14 days of Valentines: Week #1 LINK UP

Our Valentine's Day Mantel

In Case you didn't hear, it's ALL about the Mr. this Valentine's day.
Jess and I are joining forces to show love to our sweet hubbies this month and we would LOVE for you to join us. (read more here)
This week I intentionally set out to LOVE my Mr. well. Here are a few of my ideas...
Upcycled Birthday Roses & Capri Blue Mercury Candle Jar

#1 Go out to eat, and let him choose the place.

We went on a breakfast date to a place called The Breakfast Klub downtown Houston.
The Mr. absolutely loved it and thought it was worth our 20 minute wait to get inside.  It wasn't my style, but I could certainly go back just because he loved it so much.

#2 Write him sweet notes and put them all over the house.

I wrote him a note on the bathroom mirror with a dry erase marker.  He even wrote me back :)!

#3 Prepare a Meal (or two)

I was able to make my Mr. lunch and package it for him to take to work this week.  I also tried my hardest to always have dinner waiting for him or a plan of what he could eat if I got home late.

#4 Make a treatI made these yummy stuffed strawberries.

#5 Greet him by wearing something special ;)

#6 Take time out to help him with whatever he needs.

This week was the Mr.'s seminary test, so I got to help him study.
